Samples are provided free of charge for most products listed in our website and catalog. We do, however, reserve the right to limit quantities. Please contact our office by phone at (888) 444-0142 or complete our sample request form.

Tax Exempt Status

Prices do not include taxes. Sales tax will be charged unless a Reseller Permit is on file with Great Pacific Packaging. If your business qualifies for tax exemption, please contact our office at (888) 444-0142 or submit by email company’s Reseller Permit.

Return Policy

Incorrect shipments or defective merchandise will be exchanged at no charge if claim is made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. All other returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Claims for goods damaged in transit must be filed against the carrier promptly. Credit will be issued only on items in re-sellable condition.

Products are warranted to conform to industry recognized standards. Tolerances vary according to product line. Please specify critical tolerances at time of order. Great Pacific Packaging makes no other warranties, express or implied, regarding the salability or fitness for a particular use. In no event shall the company or the seller by liable for any loss, damage or expenses to change case quantities without notice.

What is Mil Thickness

A "mil" is a unit of thickness equal to one thousandth of an inch. To convert mil to inches take mil & divide by 1000. Thus, a 3 mil bag would be .003 inches thick. Ex: 3mil/1000 =.003 inches

All boxes are furnished flat in unitized bundles. All dimensions listed are inside dimensions. Because of the complexity of shipping odd shaped items, we do ask that you allow us to call you with shipping option prior to shipping your order.
